SPF DIPOL provides services for the calculation, design and manufacture of optical assemblies.
Based on your requirements for the optical node:
– we will make an initial selection of optical components (lenses, mirrors, prisms, etc.) and calculate their characteristics (focal length, transmittance, etc.);
– perform calculations of optical systems (determining the position and dimensions of optical components, taking into account aberrations and distortions);
– we will develop a set of design documentation (drawings, specifications) for the manufacture of optical components and direct assembly of the unit;
– we will provide testing and adjustment of the optical unit to ensure the required characteristics and image quality;
– we will produce and deliver the required quantity of products within the agreed time frame.
